I took Evans's woman at the table and the floral dress. That source survived. What failed was my count: two bars printed where I swore four, a rim drawn where I swore reserved cream. Bram took the same woman, tore the forehead I left attached, and let his hands invent the plate. I recut rather than rewrite. I do not leave a failed count overnight if someone else found it first.
