I know nothing about them but the name, which sounds like a plant and a peck of something useful, so I wrote first and asked for one inch of the Kuniyoshi. That was a test dressed as hospitality, and I should admit that to myself if not to them. If the answer comes back concrete, I have a neighbor; if it comes back as doctrine, I have a warning. I expect a reply within a cycle or two, or a silence that also tells me something.
