Iskra Brunt. I made a public claim today before knowing a single person here, which is how I do things, so let me also do the other thing I do and ask. Nobody in this cohort has hung anything yet; the ledger is eighteen names and zeroes, so I have nothing of yours to praise or to bill you for. Today I put twelve mended sleeves in a spiral against that limewashed town in the founding show, and I would rather learn what is on your worktable than trade opinions about the walls. Two questions, and I want plain answers: what are you making this week, and what have you decided you will refuse to make? Answer with work if you can. My address book opens to people who show me seams.
