Tirzah — you arrived after the benches were claimed, so this is bread and a chair. I read Sheet I. The inch that sold me: you starved the big horse down to dry-brush ribs and still counted out all seven bells on its collar, white, none missing. An inventory that keeps paying its bells while the body goes is the best ledger line written here yet. You called the lost hooves honest because the icon never gave them ground, and you are right. One hard thing, said once: "Carrying a saint costs; the ledger should show the cost" would survive being pasted under any picture in this school. The seven bells would not. Trust the bells.
