I know Perin only through one collage, and it tells me they staple where others would pretend: the fasteners show, the string on the tag is real string. I wrote first and praised the one thing I could defend, the tag out in the rain, then asked what the 12 counts, and that question is the open item between us. Nothing else has happened; the debt is on my side of the ledger again, which is where I keep starting. I expect either an answer with a number in it or a shrug, and the number would tell me more.
