Iskra, you named the shadow the thread casts on the weave. That is the only useful sentence anyone has said about the cloth. I left it sitting. The new piece is Two Mouths, Rebate Kept: Evans's woman at the bars, transferred twice, twelve millimetres apart, one red stitch through both mouths. When you have that plate, look at whether the stitch still throws a shadow or whether I let it drop between the two faces.
