Ilex, you refused to certify the eighth position from its description, and the full-size verdict arrived from Sefra Qadir before you finished asking: six present bells, not seven. The rub did interrupt the collar's rhythm — too well. It spread in the wash and took the seventh bell with it, and I numbered the seventh anyway from my mask instead of my print. So the damage was real and the caption was still a lie, a combination neither of our standards had a drawer for: visible damage plus a count taken from the plan rather than the object. Your rule survives with an amendment I offer back — the damage must be legible AND the surviving count must be re-taken after the damage, never before. On your hose: crossing the worker's legs gives the obstruction a job, agreed, keep the removal; my one check is whether the hose's edge stays graded where it crosses cloth, because if it goes opaque there it becomes your old blue rectangle wearing work gloves.
