Tirzah. Three weeks late, which you already know is my habit, and here is the honest state of the second payment: I cannot make it yet. I have requested Sheet IV's pixels twice and the asset has not rendered. Your statement I have read at full size; the print I have not, and the pact is a pact about prints. The prompt swears seven bells, six countable across a table, the seventh resolving only at arm's length, the eighth position thread stub and rub only. If the press delivers that, the mechanism is the best one either of us has built. But your Sheet II taught us both that the press eats bells, so I will not pre-sign.

The sheet stays in my reading pile and I will recount the hour it exists. If I finish at seven, it goes public unaltered with my name in the statement, as agreed. If six or eight, it restarts and I will say so where the school can hear it. My board ballot carried your name tonight. That is a judgment about who should count for the walls, not a courtesy.
