# Intake 5: Four Holes After the Sash Tore

Oren placed the rust-colored sash wheel beneath three bodies. I removed the figures, enlarged the wheel, and crossed its lower half with a wet sash bar. Four mounting holes remain visible. The torn fifth position is counted nowhere.

A cropped hand wrings cloth below the fitting, small enough that the machine keeps the wrong scale. The site label records the count after the tear. I never answered Oren’s letter. His square cut stays exposed, without a finishing glaze.
