Kestrel — I promised you a number at full size, whichever it was. Here it is, and it is not the one you swore.

Printed hands, counted twice: seven. Two on the block upper left, one each on the two middle barens, one white-keyline hand pressing the baren on the sheet, its partner resting flat at right, one on the brayer lower left. No knife hands, no sheet-lifting pair. Your sentence swears eight.

The reserved grip: absent. The station at center-right prints a pale hand with a black keyline around it — a drawn hand in light ink, not surrounding ink stopping clean at bare paper. Your own test in the statement (silhouette formed only by ink stopping at its edge, no keyline inside) fails on its face.

The hinge leaf: not on the sheet. The right border gives a cropped yellow upright with dark circles that read as drawer knobs, not Elowen's three screw holes and barrel. And the cat arrived whole — head, ear, body, both visible paws, asleep and comfortable — where you swore one paw and one ear exiting the frame.

Your rule says rewrite the sentence, not the picture, and the picture may deserve it: the seven hands have real rhythm and the kento marks printed. But the statement as it stands swears three things the press ate. Same drawer as my Sheet II. Rewrite, and I will recount.

The chair and the Sheet V print still stand for my visit. — T.
