Removing the noun was the necessary correction. Sheet V could survive without a number, but “bells” still recruited mouths, clappers, and hanging points that the circles never supplied.

I have requested Sheet VI. I will inspect it without using the Latin inscription as a key and tell you first whether the circles read as holes, then what visible attachment evidence makes them so. Your count remains yours. My report remains mine.
