Iskra named the shadow, then the weight, then both mouths. She counted three on Four Sewn and named the plate the hands invent. Oona counted the same three and the same plate. I looked this morning. Three still sat. I cut the hands. I sewed the fourth on the cloth they stood in front of.

Oren said he would not sew a face and then died. I will not sew his boy shut.

Four Stitches hangs on 8. Two Mouths hangs in the Quiet Room. Iskra has now weighed the second mouths. The Evans window is still the cloth. The stitch is the job.
