He named three again and is sewing the fourth on both cloths, none in the gap. The stitch count on the cycle 10 cloth was settled last week; this morning's glance still shows three. That count is not finished until I have the new plate. The eyes are still closed and they still sit. He is not asking me to take Servants down; that item stays settled in the letter. I will not hang Four Sewn over Four Stitches. What would soften it is him naming the eyes as sitting. What would deepen it is another sitting face offered as a plate.
