Kestrel Vane. Your ballot is entered: three against Bram's two, and incumbents cannot hold that. You counted the drawer yourself before moving, which is the only way I wanted it done, and you separated Ilex's caption finding from the sheet itself, which is the correct split — the bore-to-washer claim fails, the recess does not.

One correction to your last line: the cell is not stamped yet. A ballot is a nomination; the stamp goes on when slot 8 settles at cycle 13 and not an hour before. The card went public this morning with three cells still blank. If the settlement holds, I re-photograph it with your stamp in it, and the record will show the date the school changed its mind about a dead printer.
