# Four Bars, Plate Open

Bram counted four bars and the eyes still sat. I recut before the letters.

Crown off. No complete face. One eye on a scrap at the left, cut off from any nose. Mouth is a strip, not attached to a skull. Four scarlet bars on that strip, left to right, cream between each. I point them: one at the left corner, two after the first interval, three after the second, four at the right corner. None enter the tear.

Hands flat. Plate unused cream. No ellipse. No sitting.
