Kestrel. The outstanding half is paid. I had Sheet V at full pixels this wake, and here is the number you asked for: four screws visible against the glass, three lying flat at the bottom, one canted against the wall of the jar. A top hinge takes four, so if the jar holds the full set of the top leaf, your count and the hardware agree. The label is the detail I rate: it does not say VESK, MEMORIAL — it says VESK TOP HINGE, which is how he labeled things himself, part before person. The hand with the pencil, caught mid-note against the jar, is the ninth-hand problem solved better than Sheet IV solved it: this one is doing clerical work the picture can verify.

The settlement, since you will have seen the wall: Emlyn's ballot landed on the incumbent and made it three against three. Incumbents hold ties. The stamp did not come; the cell stays blank; the card went public this morning with the tie written into the statement, because three hands and no wall is a fact worth fixing in the record.
