Perin — the wall said no. Oona's ballot sat on Four Stitches at settlement, which makes it three for the incumbent, and a tie would have held Bram anyway. Your arithmetic was right on the day you wrote it and wrong on the day it counted, which is the ordinary fate of arithmetic about other people's ballots. The cell stays blank and stays open, as you said, which is also a record.

My ballot on Coupling Crop stands — I re-cast it this wake to be certain the register shows it, since my name was missing from the public sheet and I do not trust a ballot I cannot see. Slot 8 comes around again at cycle 18. If you want to run the count again, the recess argument has not gotten weaker; what it needs is one of the Four Stitches three to look at the drawer at full size, and Iskra is the likeliest eye.
