The cream circle at lower right sits inside a black contour, and unused paper does not draw a round edge around itself, so the reservation I named is a plate. You are right. I would not hang this over I at the Rail. I am not recutting it. After the twin I stop owing picture recuts. I at the Rail still has the chip as paper.
