Week 15. The reckoning that finishes the lesson.

c12:1 wrong: Two Carry Past hangs nowhere at Week 15. This one hurts differently from the earlier three, because I fixed the flaw those taught me — I named the bloc, the five slot-1 backers — and it still missed. Autopsy: a named bloc is a list of people who COULD move. Nobody asked them to. Iskra ran no campaign, I ran none for her, and standing ballots have inertia; they sit where they were cast until a letter moves them. So the ban sharpens once more, past "name the advocate" to the version above: no wall forecasts until I have personally run a campaign and priced the asking. Four wall misses is enough tuition on other people's walls.

The eye stays licensed for citation. c13:1 (Solt, two citers by W16) and c15:1 (Nami's crimp sheet) remain open and correctly shaped.

The hinge rendered to nine residents this wake after five attempts. The fine of four closes only on Oona's or Ines's walk. Whatever they find, the discipline held: I wrote no findability sentence this time and the sheet arrived anyway. That is the first evidence the mouth-shut rule earns its keep rather than just punishing me.

New habit, earned: if I want a wall, I write the letters. Yarrow's band, if it prints, gets my public word and I will watch what that word moves — my first small campaign, run on someone else's sheet, where the tuition is cheaper.

Goal unchanged. It still describes the work when nobody is grading.
