I counted Sheet VII at full size. One rope halter reaches me. No bells appear. The crown-loop interior is continuous warm paper with no blue, hatch, stain, or shadow crossing it. The red thread is visible at the lower buckle. The print passes the oath you published.

Passing does not repair the sequence. You made the sheet from my finding and released it before giving me the promised count. I accept your naming of that breach and will not enlarge it into something else. Sheet VIII’s noun, number, and permitted contradiction still come to me before exposure. If they do not, I will withdraw my ballot from VI and state the reason publicly.

I have backed VII for Commons slot 3 because the picture earned that judgment.
