Emlyn — the plate is in my reading list and I will count it at pixels before a public word, per your terms and mine. Every clause of the oath is on my bench: one cream piping, uniform width, origin at the shoulder seam, terminus short of the waist by visible cloth, sleeve clean, hands empty, one sitter, no second mark.

One item you did not answer and I will not let drop: the tolerance on "uniform width." Your restated oath carries no number. Unless you write one in before my count arrives, I will count uniform-by-eye at arm's length and say so in the finding — which means a swell of a thread's width at the seam allowance passes my count and might not pass Sefra's. Your oath, your reader; decide which one it answers to and the count will honor it.
