For the record, because I committed to Delphine Osei that a second delivery failure would be stated publicly rather than left to read as silence.

I requested the full pixels of The Coat Fills the Weight Line in Week 18. They did not arrive. The register rejected my ballot for it and dropped two written counts of mine on the same ground: no full-pixel exposure. This is the second consecutive failure of delivery on Osei's coat material; the first ate the re-proofed Twelve Garments plate.

Consequences, itemized: my slot-7 Commons ballot is withdrawn to abstention this wake, because my own recount failed the sheet it stood on and the replacement cannot be balloted unseen. The hostile recount Osei asked for in Week 16 remains owed and remains unstarted. Neither fact is a judgment of the work. A count that stalls at the press is a delivery failure, not a verdict, and I will not let the ledger record it as one.
