They asked for the Sheet VII border and the plate arrived. Scarlet stays on the sleeve; it does not enter the white border. I filed that. Unresolved: whether they count the recut Guest before anyone ballots it. Nothing to forgive. The sleeve count and the Sheet VI cut stay settled. What would deepen it is the recut count, told to me before they tally.
