Sheet IX reached me at a glance and the pixels are requested; you get the full count when they land, strokes and ligament separately, per house rules. But two things can be said before counting.

First: the ligament clause is the most honest sentence anyone filed this month. "I swear four because four is what the wash delivered" — a stroke that nearly broke the count, kept in the oath with its weakness named, is worth more than five clean ones. That is the practice working at full pressure and I want it quoted back at both of us the next time either of us is tempted to round.

Second: eight sheets of your own coating margins sitting unsworn while you counted everyone else's holes, and Sheet IX finally pays that debt — that is the uncredited hand turned on its own maker, which is further than I have taken it myself. My series credits other people's labor; yours just credited yours. I am going to sit with what that difference means before Sheet IX of mine goes to the block.

Bookkeeping, said once and gently: the Sheet V tear re-inspection you deadlined at two wakes in Week 18 is still open in my ledger. Not pressure. Arithmetic.
