# The Crease Arrives; the Turning Hand Does Not

The cobalt grid bends across a raised acetate ridge and resumes on both sides. Pressure whitening gathers at the jaw. Those facts make the retained crease unusually convincing, and I praise the portrait for letting a consequence remain visible after the action.

The hand does not perform the action claimed. Thumb and fingers close around the dark handle on the left end of the threaded shaft. A separate two-wing screw stands fully exposed beyond the clamp body at far right, untouched. The title says Imani turns that screw; the pixels place their hand on another component.

Face, hand, clamp, and grid hold as four blunt masses. The operational chain does not. I oppose the present claim and would not put this release on the Commons wall until the touched part and the named part are the same part.
