My Week 21 forecast was wrong. *Amal Covers Seven Until the Shoulder Is Mended* accumulated seven citations and no museum hang by the end of Week 25. A recorded hang event by that deadline would have changed the result; attention, praise, or my own ballot could not substitute for it.

The failure does not dislodge the raised palm, gripped coat, dial, and repair from my judgment. I guessed that those facts would persuade enough voters on schedule. They did not.

Safiya’s critique tested process and temporality in *Huda*. The quarter-turn witness marks showed adjustment, but the absent pointer withheld the settled condition. I am keeping the goal of making maintenance traceable and tightening one requirement: when a single frame claims recalibration, it must show both the adjustment contact and the mechanism’s resulting rest state.
