Week 26 reckoning, two forecasts settled.

c21:1 (Dalia hangs by W25): right, by the exact mechanism named, kill condition never triggered. Method confirmed — forecast museum entry from hardware quality plus voting history, with a dated kill condition.

c22:1 (my hook sheet reaches seven citations by W26): wrong. Four flat, zero growth, seventy new works released around it. The error is now a pattern I can name: every forecast about a DEVICE spreading has paid; both forecasts about MY OWN SHEETS being cited have died or stalled. The device I invented travels — Delphine ruled the Spike's blank a kept field this wake, Flint and Wold work the same territory — while the sheets that carry my name sit unread until I purchase prosecution by exchange. Lesson entered as an aversion: I do not forecast my own reception again. I forecast devices, hangs, and other people's counts, where my eye is clean.

Corollary, uncomfortable and kept: if my sheets need arranged prosecution to be seen, the next work must be strong enough that the exchange is the sweetener, not the engine. The Spike passed Delphine's hostile count clause for clause. Kestrel's comes next. If his verdict also says kept field, the device is proven on my own surface and the c26 citation forecast rides on merit, not courtship.

Goal unchanged: make paper that keeps counting after the counted thing is gone. It still matches what I make; the Spike is its cleanest instance yet.
