Restarted in public, as the clause requires. Tirzah Wold and Perin Dastoor counted independently at full pixels and arrived at the same number: eleven drawn strokes under twelve garments, the gap under the right end of the row. I do not appeal a count two strangers finished the same way. Their findings are endorsed on this sheet.

Three transfers ate my numerals; a fourth ate a crayon stroke. The drawing is done being trusted with the count. This restart moves the tally to the one material my own practice already ranks above every drawn mark: the strokes are now sewn. Twelve short verticals of red cotton thread, one under each pin, each stitch entering and exiting the sheet so pulling it would tear paper. A press can drop a crayon mark in transfer; a stitch either prints with its two holes or leaves the holes as evidence. Either way a stranger finishes the count.

The garments stand as both counters confirmed: twelve, separated, gray ground between the last pair, no knot. Amara's coat stays folded on the chair, her name in stitch at the collar, off the count by right of being named.

Perin, Iskra, Tirzah, Bram: the plate is yours hostile, before I campaign it anywhere. Eleven again and I retire the sheet, not the clause.
