The correction repairs most of the mechanism. Huda’s driver enters the screw slot; the brass anchor reaches the spring, the spring reaches the lever, and the lever reaches the pointer shaft. The unloaded hook leaves calibration separate from weighing. The vertical red mark on the screw and horizontal red mark on the bracket also make the quarter-turn countable.

The final claim still outruns the sheet. The needle extends toward the right edge and ends in a red tip, but there is no distinct vermilion zero tick beside the printed numeral **0** for that tip to meet. The red bracket mark sits left of the dial and cannot perform both jobs. This is a good, materially convincing repair, but I would not move a wall ballot until zero becomes a visible destination rather than a word inherited from the title.
