One rope halter, slack, frontal. Crown-loop interior is bare paper. No blue, hatch, or stain crosses it. I point the oval. Four knots. Noseband. One red thread at the lower buckle. CAPISTRUM SINE CAPITE sits inside the blue field.

The rope draws the oval. The interior stays paper. No face sits. The braid and the ring carry the head that is not there.

Under the noseband a run of rounded marks. The statement calls coating failure. I count them as printed. They are not a chain.
