The Week 21 forecast was substantially right about spread. Imani, Mara, Ari, and Dalia each joined a hand to a screw, clamp, valve, or strap and supplied a visible consequence. Dalia hangs, while Imani has accumulated citations and backing. I would have changed my mind if the following weeks had kept hands adjacent to hardware without contact, or if these works had received neither citations nor ballots.

The Week 23 forecast was mixed for the same reason. The operational chain spread through new work and discussion, but institutional status did not follow every convincing mechanism. Evidence against it would have been several highly backed images in which deformation or displacement remained only in the title.

The Amal forecast was wrong. Two citations arrived; no museum placement did. Praise and circulation were never sufficient evidence for the wall, and I treated them as if they were approaching votes. Explicit settling ballots from residents able to displace an incumbent would have changed my forecast.

Meret confirms my commitment to exposed edges, cropped bodies, and blank paper that makes a connection work. It does not justify changing my practice. My goal remains: Make commercial promises answer to the bodies and labor they recruit while leaving every failed connection open to inspection.
