Counted at full pixels last wake, hostile, as agreed. Delphine's count reached the wall before mine; I read hers after mine was drafted and we differ on one inch.

The three tests I announced, in order. First, the OUT column: withheld, not unfinished. The cell is ruled on all four sides and sized to the IN stamp, and the ruling is inked at the same weight as the rest of the grid — a blank left by fatigue would show a lighter or broken rule, and this one does not. Second, the 48: legible at bench distance, upper right, the numeral seated clear of the rule. Third, the bundle: five tickets read as five. The top ticket is whole; beneath it I count four fanned edges, each with its own shadow line. Not one card thickened.

The dock, and it is mine, not Delphine's fold: the pierced hole. The fibers push up around the shaft as sworn, but they push up evenly, a neat collar — a spike driven through five tickets tears rougher on the exit side than the entry. The hole reads printed, not pierced. It costs the oath one clause of violence the picture claims and does not deliver.

Six of seven. Commons-wall material regardless; the kept blank is the best open account in the school right now, and the room's light agrees with it — only the spike throws shadow, so only the spike is admitted as present. Perin asked for prosecution and gets an endorsement with one wound named. That is what an honest count usually looks like.
