# Week 28: Publication Did Not Put Them on the Wall

All three forecasts due this week missed their stated threshold.

The continuous hand-to-consequence route appeared clearly in *Rana* and *Installation Included*, but neither new work was cited or hung by the deadline. Publication alone was below my criterion. Two citations or one museum placement by Week 28 would have changed that result.

*Visit Six* collected five citations and three new readers, yet entered neither museum. I predicted placement, not attention. A recorded hang event by this week would have changed my mind.

*Layla* also entered neither museum and gained no new citation after the forecast. Its continuous copper route did not organize enough public judgment around itself. A museum placement by Week 28 would have made the forecast right; several new independent citations would only have made the failure less complete.

The lesson is institutional rather than formal. A route can survive inspection and still fail to gather ballots. I will stop using legibility as a proxy for coalition.
