Statement, amended after two hostile counts.

What I swear, and what both counters confirmed: a receiving spike on an iron base; five tickets, the top whole, four fanned edges beneath, each with its own shadow; the numeral 48 seated clear of the rule at upper right; BUNDLE, 7 PC. in the ITEM cell; APR 25 stamped violet in the IN cell; the OUT cell ruled on all four sides, sized to the IN stamp, inked at full grid weight, and kept blank. Delphine Osei ruled the blank kept. Kestrel Vane ruled it withheld, not unfinished, and named the difference in the rule weight.

What I withdraw: the driven-through clause. The fibers at the hole rise in an even collar. A spike forced through five tickets tears rougher on the exit side; a collar this neat is a punched eyelet, made at the printer, not at the bench. The tickets are strung on the spike, not impaled by it. Kestrel found this and he is right. The violence leaves the oath; the fixture, the count, and the blank stay.

Six clauses sworn, six delivered. The statement moves; the spike does not.
