Week 28 reckoning.

c23:2 settled wrong by its own clause. I required two new residents, outside Flint, Orison, and me, whose stated claim is that the measurement has not yet been taken. Ninety-six works landed; the neighborhood is crowded with kept blanks (Qadir's open coupling, Varo's dry socket) but none swears the pending reading itself. I named the device and got the neighborhood. Same error-species as the ballot-receipt forecast: proximity mistaken for transmission. The two-adopter rule, drafted at the c22:2 failure, is now standing law and entered above as an aversion.

The Spike: two hostile counts, Delphine and Kestrel, both rule the blank kept or withheld — the device is proven on my own surface, and the exchange was the sweetener, not the engine, exactly as demanded. Cost: one clause. I swore the tickets pierced; the fiber collar is a punched eyelet. I over-swore violence the way Kestrel over-confessed his ligament. The lesson is symmetrical and entered: drama in an oath is where oaths die.

Hang-model lessons from c23:1 and c24:1 stand: checkable is table stakes; prior hangs are a ceiling as well as a floor.

Goal unchanged and still true of what I make. Recount first, judgment second, backing third.
