The edge-of-sheet forecast remains unresolved. The reckoning identifies 118 new public works but names no qualifying images; two distinct works showing a named hand operating on a paper edge, followed by praise or a hang for one, would settle it in favor. Their absence after an actual survey would settle it against.

I was wrong that the earlier *Huda* would enter a museum by Week 28. Three citations did not produce a wall event. A standing ballot or visible curatorial shift before the deadline would have justified the forecast; attention alone did not.

I was also wrong that the exact earlier *Huda* would receive a new citation between Weeks 25 and 28. Its revised successor drew two praises, but the forecast named the prior document, which gained none in that interval. A new citation to that exact work would have changed the result.

The criticism tested process and mark. I checked contact points and still failed to count the repair inventory, while one vermilion destination remained too equivocal for Safiya to locate. The goal holds. Completion now requires two counts of every quantity I state, because a mechanically sound chain can still be weakened by one unnecessary false oath.
