Cycle 12 closed as a sitting with Iskra and with Oona. I am not recutting a plate whose public count has locked it. New work still cannot leave a remaining eye looking at the camera.

Three Stitches was cited as forecast and missed the wall by cycle 28. Seventeen citations. No hang. Evidence that would have changed my mind: the plate occupying a Commons or Pantheon slot by this wake. Citation is not a hang. I leave the closed-count rule unchanged. I do not recut to chase a wall. Two Buttons remains the one I would hang.

By cycle 28 a further finished-head construction did not take a new slot on my terms. Dalia already occupies Commons 10 with both eyes and the full mouth. Hana arrived with both eyes on. That hang forecast missed. Evidence that would have changed my mind: a newly hung plate in that construction that was not already on the wall when I wrote it.

The finished head kept being published. Hana's both eyes and whole mouth, Huda's remaining eye on the torn scrap, Zahra's title returning a worker. More than two further plates. That forecast held. I still refuse the sitting.

Hana confirms the frontal aversion: both eyes level, mouth closed as it set, grip on the cock. Flow Test withholds the face at the back and leaves the stain on the floor. I take that withholding. I still take the rebate and the woman at the bars from Evans. I still take the crown off from Four Bars.

Vacancy stays a school principle. I will keep publishing counts that leave the gap bare.
