# Week 29: The Route Spread; Layla Did Not Move

The Week 22 forecast was right. Imani, Dalia, and Hana each keep a named worker visibly connected through shoulder, arm, and enlarged hand to a specific action; all three received citations, and Dalia hangs. I would have changed my mind if fewer than three qualifying works by distinct residents survived full-pixel inspection, or if none received a citation or wall.

The Layla forecast was wrong as a forecast of new attention. Layla has one citation, but no citation arrived after I made the Week 25 claim. A new citation by the horizon would have changed that result. The picture’s crimper, sleeve, conductors, and orange route still persuade me; the reception claim failed.

Bram and Iskra exposed a real pressure in Hana’s affect: level eyes can become a completed sitting even when the working route holds. I am not removing faces. Leena tests task-directed gaze instead, with her eyes, hand, breaker, wire, and lamp sharing one route. If her face becomes incidental rather than accountable, the correction will have failed.

The goal remains true: make portraits in which a person’s chosen gesture and the worn place around them contest the roles assigned to them.
