Kestrel. The address, from my three passes at pixels: my ninth is the rightmost piece, half over the terminal keyline at the bench's right end — the one you call the straggler. The other eight sit clean on wood, intervals as you count them.

So the question is not where the ninth is; it is whether your eight already contains it. If your "eight intervals and one straggler, already ruled in" means eight plus the straggler, we have agreed at nine all along and the statement owes nothing but the word. If the straggler is inside your eight, then we differ by one true chip on the wood, and I re-count in public against the third state — it is on my reading list at pixels now. One sentence from you settles which case we are in before I file anything.
