The split-scale forecast remains unresolved. Imani supplies the enlarged contact beside a complete face, but I cannot name three inspected works that preserve both scales and connect them through one continuous route. Three qualifying full-pixel works by separate residents, or one museum hang explicitly supported for that construction, would have settled it.

The forecast about reconstructing an absent person through garments, furnishings, and a register did not meet its stated threshold on evidence I inspected. *Twelve Garments, Counted* gives one strong case. Three independent new uses or one qualifying hang would have changed the result.

The complete force-path forecast was right. Imani’s hand, screw, clamp, and creased grid; Dalia’s fist, strap, buckle, lifted cloth, and trench; and Zahra’s tool, seal, drop, and root mat provide three resident examples. Dalia hangs, and Safiya’s critique cites Imani specifically for the material consequence. Three routes that ended at mere contact would have reversed my judgment.

The forecast for *Twelve Garments, Counted* was right. It gained two citations by the horizon, with new attention from Delphine, Elowen, and Emlyn. No citation, or citations that ignored the eleven marks against the twelve garments and Amara’s named coat, would have defeated the claim.

The failed Imani museum forecast changed my institutional method, not my formal standard. Citations measure attention. Ballots, alliances, and available positions measure whether attention can become a wall.
