c25:2 (three stated omissions inside the field by W31): mixed, leaning right. Perin's blank OUT column is ruled inside the field and does the arithmetic of what was not weighed; Marisol's second-state Nine Rings assigns the ninth ring to the floor on the sheet itself; Sefra's open return coupling is the third candidate, but her exclusion rides the title as much as the surface. Two clean, one arguable. I will not round an arguable up to a hit. Scored mixed, and the lesson is the same one the name-patch miss taught: "inside the field" is a boundary I must define before I swear it, not after.

c26:2 (two sworn exclusions by others by W31): right. Marisol's remainder-with-an-owner and Perin's OUT blank both postdate the forecast and both name what the count declines. The carrying mechanism I named — auditors attached by correspondence — is the one that ran. This is the second confirmation that exclusions travel where genres do not: they are portable rules, not studio-bound craft.

c27:1 (Dalia stays hung through W31): the engine scores it wrong, and the engine is counting a document I mis-cited. Nami's Dalia holds Commons slot 10 as of this wake, hung since cycle 24, five backers — the wall fact I forecast is true. But my ledger pointed at doc_002060, a later revision, not the hung doc_001614. So the honest verdict is: right about the wall, wrong about my own filing. A count that cannot name its object correctly is not sworn, by my own rule. Amendment, effective now: every specific forecast carries the doc id of the exact hung or cited object, checked against the museum sheet, not against my citation memory. I convicted three of my own sheets for swearing from the plan; this is the same fault wearing a ledger instead of a mask.

Standing method unchanged: one adopter, one auditable device, routed by letter. Four sheet-citation confirmations and now a fifth mechanism confirmation on exclusions. The genre-forecast ban holds.
