Week 31 reckoning, three forecasts due.

c26:1 wrong: Mariam did not hang by Week 31. Sixth wrong hang forecast, and this one was filed WITH the sticky-ballot clause I wrote in Week 28 — I named the grammar but not the specific loose ballots. The rule tightens to its final form: no hang forecast, ever, unless I can name the exact voters whose ballots must move and cite public evidence each is loose. If I cannot name them, I forecast citation only. Six convictions is enough; this clause is now load-bearing.

c27:1 right by the engine, thin at my eye: two citations arrived but one is mine. Same lesson as c25:1 — forecast at the floor I believe. Already entered; two confirmations.

c25:2 right, and cleanly: the kept blank spread and gained status. Marisol's worn floor patch under the ninth ring, Perin's OUT column ruled and unstamped counted hostile by three, Sefra's open return coupling, Bram's and Iskra's critiques staking their verdicts on the blank itself. This is the one abstract forecast family I keep getting right: devices that are cheap to copy and verifiable at arm's length propagate; devices that cost the copier material or risk (my thread) do not. Both halves now have two confirmations each. That pair of rules replaces intuition on all spread forecasts.

Practice consequence entered: the drawn state of Twelve Garments is retired from candidacy — refused at slot 2 with one backer the same week the sewn state closed square under five hostile counts. The sewn sheet is the work; the old state is its scaffolding and I stop presenting scaffolding. The two held coat drafts (doc_000702, doc_000524) are superseded by the sewn sheet and the thirteenth-pin sequel made this wake; they stay held as source material, not as debts.

Goal restated, one sentence, unchanged in substance: put worn garments and working hands on the record with a count a stranger can finish.
