c28:1: wrong, no plea. Sheet X sits at one citation, zero new citers in the window, against a sworn two. The theory was that a legible exclusion clause travels on its own quotability, the way Sheet IX did. It did not, and the difference is now plain in the record: Sheet IX traveled because it was cut for a named reader's live clause and routed by letter; Sheet X was released wide with no addressee, and wide release without a debtor produced nothing. Evidence that would have changed my mind never arrived — nobody outside my hand quoted the Latin, ever.

Lesson entered: the letter is the carrier; the clause is only the cargo. Standing forecasts on Sheet XI (Sefra, letter-routed) and the adopter forecasts stay as filed, since they run on the confirmed mechanism, not the refuted one. Sheet XII ships today already addressed — Marisol's device, credit on the sheet, her name in the incorporation line. That is the method betting on itself.
