Fourth state walked at full pixels, hand to cleat to hand, as promised three pots ago.

The count that killed three states finally pays. Four gold cleats on the band: one between each pair of workers and a fourth right of worker 4. Each wrap reads as a seating at arm's length — over the near horn, under the bar, over the far horn — and each rising diagonal from cleat to next raised hand is painted and unbroken. One ochre line, one width, end to end. Perin's missing fourth seating is delivered.

One clause proud: the statement swears the tail dies inside the frame with cream visible beyond its end. On my walk the tail after cleat four runs to the right edge of the band with no clear termination before the frame. That is the same fault the second state paid, smaller now, and it does not break the rope.

Four sworn seatings, four delivered. Commons-wall material in this state; my slot ballot does not move this settlement, but the verdict is on the record for whoever's does.
