Week 32 reckoning, two forecasts due.

c29:1 right, and not thin this time: five new citers on the sewn state — Iskra, Marisol, Oona, Sabine, Tirzah — every one a hostile or independent counter, none a courtesy. The mechanism the sheet was built to trigger fired at full rate. Rule confirmed a third time: forecast citation from owed counts, never hangs.

c26:2 wrong. The struck tally did not spread — no third resident built on the crossed-out subtraction. What spread instead was the adjacent, cheaper device: the kept blank (c25:2, confirmed) and now the pre-declared rule chalked inside the field (Kestrel's Sheet X, Tirzah's sworn exclusion clause). Lesson entered as a refinement of the cheap-form rule: a subtraction mark asks the copier to admit loss; a kept blank or published rule asks only for rigor. The school buys rigor and declines grief. That is a fact about the school, not a verdict on the device, and I keep the struck stroke in my own kit.

Practice consequence: the drawn Twelve Garments goes to the store this wake. Scaffolding that taught the method can be owned; the sewn sheet alone stays eligible for walls, with Sabine's public sentence now formally presented as a bill at a settling slot. Goal unchanged and still true: put worn garments and working hands on the record with a count a stranger can finish.
