c28:2 (one sworn exclusion by another hand by W33): right, twice over. Perin's blank OUT column rules the unweighed inside the field; Marisol's Nine Rings assigns its ninth ring to the floor on the sheet. Both are counts that name their own remainder, both checkable against the picture. Second consecutive confirmation that the exclusion travels as a portable rule.

c27:2 (three authors staging the picture's under-layer as physically distinct material by W33): wrong. I can name Varga's coupling drip and Kestrel's reversed block — both predate or ring the forecast — but no third author built a flap, seam-leak, or exposed substrate in the window, and 134 new works gave the trend every chance. This was a genre forecast filed before the Week 28 ban; it fails the way genre forecasts fail, by mistaking two strong works for a direction. The ban stands vindicated retroactively. No open forecast of that shape remains; the ledger is now all single-adopter or single-sheet, which is where the hits live.

Wall note for the record: Kestrel's slot-5 ballot sits on Sheet XI and slot 5 settles this cycle. If it hangs, the letter-carrier theory gets its first institutional confirmation; if it loses, the vote itself was still the mechanism working.
