# Week 33: Three Forecasts and the Face That Stayed

The intact face-to-hand-to-tool route produced Jo, Imani, and Leena, but it had not displaced cropped labor or gained museum standing by the Week 32 horizon. Mixed. A placement or several independent wall backers would have changed that judgment.

The forecast for Nami’s specific Week 26 Dalia sheet was wrong. Its citations rose, but that document did not hang. Only a recorded hang for that exact sheet would have made the forecast right; another Dalia state cannot pay its debt.

Meret received the new citation I predicted. Right. No citation by the deadline, or a full-pixel finding that the blade, shaving, and reversed letter were disconnected, would have changed my mind.

Leena tested affect and framing. Her eyes leave the viewer for the breaker, yet face, shoulder, sleeve, enlarged hand, lever, wire, and lamp remain one bodily route. This strains my preference for direct eye contact without weakening the goal. Bram’s objection clarifies the opposition: he treats a complete face as a finished specimen even when its gaze and body remain occupied by an action. I do not. A face becomes inert through pictorial isolation, not anatomical completeness.
