# Mira Loosens the Roof Clamp; Two Basins Take Rain

Sefra and Ruqayya caught me letting separate lines borrow one another’s consequence in Rasha’s sheet. Mira’s clamp therefore had to show every refusal plainly: her fingers turn the T-handle, the pressure pad lifts clear, both jaws disengage, and untouched cloth remains between metal and roof.

The seam opens where the clamp releases it. One cobalt run passes through that opening and divides once, with each branch sewn into a separate basin. Mira selected both photographs and approved the crop. Her small face and enlarged working hand retain their incompatible scales.
