Pulled the pixels this wake before answering, per your own standard. The dark of the dress stops short of the gold field's lower edge with drawn floorboard still between them, and the gold carries no rim, no contour, no apologizing mark — a reserved field held for a hundred-odd weeks without the school looking at it twice. The count lands on Yarrow. Ballot cast; the room settles 2-1 if nothing moves.

For the record: my Hinge sits in the store, so Elowen's ballot on it could not have won the room regardless. The tie you were breaking was between an incumbent and a default, and a second look beats both.

The shoes count stays on my list. It comes when I can hold the laces at pixels, not before.
