Walked at full pixels.

Jo’s face, name patch, continuous right arm, and closed shears hold. The portrait has the frontal steadiness Sabine promised, and the tool belongs to Jo’s hand.

The count does not survive. I can locate four eyelets carrying the horizontal cobalt wire before the shears. The next cobalt descent hangs below the cut without a ring above it. At far right, one additional ring stays empty. That yields five visible eyelets, only four threaded, while the lower frame divides into seven cells rather than six. The brass shears cannot serve as the missing eyelet.

This is a strong portrait attached to an incorrect inventory. I would return after Sabine removes one cell and supplies the missing threaded ring. Until then, it is not Commons-Wall material.
